clipshare 2.6 development needed

Do you have experience coding for Clip Share? You must have lots of experience as part of the project is really about best practice and bug fix implementing. I will need to see evidense of your experience for example sites you have worked on.
We are running of v.2.6 and would like to get the following services:
1) give a service to the site. organising and adding any bits of code and updates as per the forums. Lots of talk about different players and converters. I need the lowdown/briefing on the forum without having to read it all and digest it in context. a seasoned clip-share expert will know what is worth implementing and what is left till later versions
2) thumbnail bug fix - i have identified a few bugs, especially thumbnails being corrupted or appearing black. there is talk about 2.7 having a choice of thumbnails.
3) filename fix - there is a problem when trying to upload files with spaces in the filename. at the very least, code should automatically remove space to stop errors.
4) description text fix - you cannot have any punctuation which prevents copy and pasting. this needs to be fixed. i imagine someone has already reported this and there is a fix somewhere on the site.
5) add information to the site to help users avoid error messages eg. suggested file types and best file size etc. this will be something someone experienced with the system will know
All the above are fairly simple matters that an experienced clip share coder will fly through. I am busy on other projects and cannot bring myself up to speed on the nuances of the system and i would like an expert to create some order for me.
6) some custom work with regard to different levels of user so that users who have uploaded X number of videos can modify other uploads. further, regular users can contributre to a video listing.
7) possibly interested in a simple change to the template design if you have something that has already been implemented and is bullet-proof.
8) as per JD's development requirements, we would like a direct from URL upload.
You will be dealing with a limited UK company with excellent credit rating and 10 year trading history.
We also have lifetime bug fix and upgrade license which will be an important resource for the successful candidate.
