clipshare coder needed - top money paid - clear instructions

Are you experienced with ClipShare?
I need to find an organised and talented php coder who has experience with the video sharing website clipshare (preferably v2.6)
The project is to implement some bug fixes from the official forum, optimise the site with the latest converters etc. and to then implement other custom programming to develop the site according to my needs
I will pay 15% of the agreed contract price up front, the balance on completion. will settle with paypal or other payment method as requested. the work needs to be completed in 14 days from starting.
We are a UK limited company with perfect credit rating and 10 year trading history - accounts available for inspection.
Top prices paid depending on experience. I anticipate this project will be ongoing with more work required in the future but in case you will not be available, the coding must be well documneted and code commented for future professionals like yourself to follow.
