Homepage Redesign

I'm looking for someone to redesign our homepage which is currently filled with a tag cloud that might be a bit on the big side. We haven't decided what the final product will look like, so suggestions are welcome. Some elements that we have considered include a Flash movie intro, thumbnails of recently submitted videos, a featured clip, and a tag cloud.
The developer of the site modified Clipshare in creating it. I believe most of the original elements are still available. We would like this project to begin within two weeks.

Our mission is to collect video related to energy and environmental issues. These videos include Congressional hearings, press briefings, technology demonstrations, and seminars. We either acquire videos ourselves or have others sign up and submit their clips. Our target audience include government officials, industry and organization heads, policy makers, stakeholders, and educators.
