I have a new install of Clipshare 3.01 - files are uploading fine - however most formats are not being converted - I do see the files make it to the /uploads/videos folder, but there they remain. If I upload a video already in flv format I have no issues - looks like it's strictly with the conversion process.

my site is on xilahosting and support from xila or clipshare is almost non-existent at this point.

I need this fixed ASAP.
