Clipshare: modifications

I have several modifications that are required of clipshare.
1. Private Channels - can create a private channels, only those users they allow will be given access to that channel. Any video they add to that channel becomes private. Any video they remove from that channel becomes public unless made as a private video.
2. Private Videos - videos can be made private and then back to public. A confirmation dialog box will pop up before the video is made public, after clicking OK the video is now public.
3. Upgrade packages - Once subscribed to a package want the ability to upgrade to another package.
4. Renewal notifications - notifications emailed to user based on selected time (30 days, 2 weeks, 3 days) based on their expiration time. Renewal allows them to link directly to paypal screen to choose package.
5. Ability for admin to change package status via user screen.
6. User multiple/bulk upload to FTP watch folder, allow for entry form for each enter to include file name, comments, privacy, etc.. Once file is transferred, delete file from FTP folder, email confirmation of acceptance.
