Im in need of a programmer to Rip out the stock flash video solution given and implement a custom flash solution that is being developed by another company and will be hosted on a separate server ( when someone uploads it goes to there server and they host it) Comprehensive documentation is provided. This is not a quick job and the pay will be fair (good work isn't cheep and cheep work isn't good) but please don't confuse that with being competitive.
