Need a few php glitches / modifications fixed

We currently have a website using the script ClipShare 3.0.1 www.clip-share.com. Need somebody ASAP to fix a few glitches and finish a few modifications in the script. Please bid only if you have a good knowledge of PHP/MySQL/Perl
Some of the problems include:
-fixing a few minor scripts in the administration panel
-the flv player does not play the video on the \"profile\" pages (this problem should be easy to fix)
-some video files do not convert to .flv format
