I am looking for a custom designed template for my video sharing site. The site is not adult related.

I need it to work with ClipShare so you need to know PHP/Smarty.

The template design should meet the latest Web 2.0 standards/trends. No tables, No in-line CSS, Valid XHTML/CSS, PNG images, No Javascript, Search Engines Optimized, Small file size, etc.
