Programmer and Graphic Designer
I purchased a Clip Share Software and Template and i want to customise the software and template. The website is a community and video upload. I want to make it like BEBO and YOUTUBE with some extra features and neat, stylish design.

The design and features must be better than www.bebo.com , www.godtube.com , www.youtube.com , www.facebook.com. I want the website to look very nice and different to other community website.

Must have:
Experience in community website
Experience in graphic design
Experiance in software programming
