Clipshare modification for brightcove content

Hello,
I need someone who is able to modify and adapt clipshare 2.7(the latest version) 's script for brightcove feature. The task consist to add the caracteristics below :
1- Adapt the player : link call and embed video link.
2- Change the upload for brightcove upload script.
3- Adapt the clipshare database for brightcove call link (ex: members will upload video with brightcove uploader part in the site, when they upload video, the database will retrive the title and the other fields then, the system knows that such video will be joined for one member).
The compensation is very attractive for this little project.
