PDF, DOC added to video page

I noticed the the below job listed some time ago and I need exactly the same modification to my clipshare:
What I need is to add a new function to the edit video page and the view video page. I need someone to install a function that would allow a user (after uploading a video) to upload a pdf or word document on the edit video page to "attach" it to the video info. This would also allow someone to view someones video, and under the description there should be a link to download the pdf file that was assigned to a certain video by the uploader. Does this make any sense? Can it be done? Let me know if you can install this for me.
If this is too hard or too expensive, alternatively this could just be a box below the video with a set of links to other websites on it. Just a text box with html editing in the admin section.
