Clip-Share/PHP Developer Needed

I need an experienced PHP developer who can help with a Clip-share (You-tube clone) site. The job includes:
1) Minor modifications to template (color scheme)
2) Integrating a shopping cart, and adding some e-commerce functionality
The job requires knowledge of PHP. Experience with Clip-share a plus. The developer will be required to relinquish any claims to intellectual property.
The developer will be paid on an hourly basis, so please respond with your expected hourly rate and experience with this type of job.
